Nutritious Beef for the Family

We’ve been following Joseph Cosgray’s (’17) Grass-Fed Beef Company for a while now, back to his beginnings raising a few cattle on the family’s property in Simonton, TX while in high school at St. John XXIII in Katy. Joseph has since expanded his properties and herds and is successfully based in the College Station area.

In Joseph’s words, “We exist for one reason, and one reason only. To produce clean, nutritious beef that our customers can feel confident feeding their family. Beef that is 100% grass-fed and grass-finished.”
